Single: 1 Person per Room
Double:2 People per Room
Triple:3 People per Room (feature two double/queen beds)
Quad:4 People per Room (feature two double/queen beds)
Reservations and Deposits: Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. All charter/tour reservations should be confirmed soon as possible to ensure space is still available. Also, charter/tour reservations cannot be confirmed until your deposit has been received. Please provide either a home and/or cellphone number so that we can call you back
No Shows: It is the individual’s responsibility to arrive at the departure points on time. C London Travel cannot be held responsible if you do not arrive on time (no matter the reason) and miss the motorcoach. The motorcoach is on a schedule and must depart on time at the designated departure points. There will be NO REFUND given for no shows on any charter/tour. Please be sure you allow yourself enough time to get to the departure point.
Deposits are due:
• Charter/Tours of 4 or fewer days require an initial deposit of $25.00 reserve a seat
• Charter/Tours of 5 or more days require an initial deposit of $75.00 reserve a seat
• 1-day trips will require full payment to reserve a seat
REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE
Credit Cards: For your convenience, we do accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. In the even,t you must cancel, or a trip is canceled, any amount charged will be credited back to the original credit card that was charged.
Check Payments: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize C London Travel either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.
Returned Checks: A $25.00 service charge will be imposed for all returned checks. If collection efforts are necessary, reasonable collection charges will also be imposed.
Cell Phone: Please be thoughtful to your fellow passengers while on the motorcoach. Please place your cell phone on vibrate, or silent mode, if at all possible. Please turn the phone's volume down if you must leave it on. Lower your voice when taking a call while on the motorcoach and keep conversations brief.
Equipment: Please do not stand or sit on armrests. They are plastic and will break. The arm supports will bend and make the reclining mechanism inoperable. Please do not stand or kneel in seats or pull on headrests. Do not place phones or other items on top of air vents as they can potentially fall into the vent, and become irretrievable, and can possibly cause serious damage to the motorcoach.
Music/ Media: Headphones must be used with personal electronic games, mp3 players, etc. Groups are welcome to bring DVDs for entertainment on the bus. For the safety of the group, the driver may ask that media with overly loud or distracting material be turned off. Video ratings are PG-13, PG or G.
Safety: All passengers need to be seated when the coach is moving. Keep the aisle clear at all times. Please familiarize yourself with emergency exits, keeping in mind that in most situations the most efficient exit from the bus is the same door your entered. Passengers should follow the instructions of the motorcoach operator to maintain a safe environment; this may include remaining on the bus or disembarking from the bus in certain circumstances, per DoT regulations.
Smoking: This strictly prohibited on all C London Travel motorcoach
Walking: Leisurely walking is part of all tours. Some tours may require extensive walking. Please bring comfortable shoes
Clean Policy: Littering the motorcoach is strictly prohibited. At each seat in the bus we have provided individual trash bags. Please place all trash items in these bags. PLEASE DO NOT throw any trash, paper, food items, cans, etc., on the floor of the motorcoach. If additional trash bags are needed, please ask the motorcoach operator
Casino Trips: For charter/tours involving Casinos, there is a minimum age requirement. You must be 21 years old to enter. You must provide proof of your age upon request. On all Casino trips, per the Casino guidelines, we must supply them with the name, address, and birth date of each passenger. Also, casinos, they are requiring all guests supply a valid email address in order to register for their Rewards Program and receive passenger incentives, including free slot play. All casinos will be shifting from distributing coupons to players via US Mail to utilizing email as the standard distribution method. Please provide this information to the booking agent when you sign up on a Casino Tour.
**Picture identification is required to collect any bonus or winnings. Any coin bonus or complimentary meals offered by a casino are subject to change. All passengers will receive the bonus current at the time of your trip.
